From the first email with Kori...
I knew that we were going to click. She inquired about their engagement session and doing a "kitchen smash" shoot during their home renovations. She also wanted to go out for a winter hike and play in the snow with her fiancé Jordan. Now, whoever knows me KNOWS that I LOVE the snow. I thought, "Yesss! Please! Thank you to all the gods for bringing this bride into my life!" Unfortunately, due to constant covid related shut downs we had to nix the kitchen smash. So what did we do instead? Pizza and champagne on the floor of their torn out kitchen, and painting the walls with the date of their wedding. It was perfect. And it perfectly fit who Kori and Jordan are: the sweetest, most down to earth and genuinely NICE people you can have the pleasure of getting to know.
It was absolutely such a pleasure getting to know this great couple during their wedding planning process, and having the honour of spending their big day by their side documenting it for them. You can feel the love they have for each other through these photos. I hope you enjoy seeing them as much as I enjoyed creating them.
