can i bring a friend?
Yes you are more than welcome to bring your best friend or partner to your shoot with you! I want YOU to feel your best, so whatever will make you feel most comfortable.
Do I have to be naked?
Absolutely not unless you want to! Again, I want you to be comfortable and that means you decide what you want to wear and how much you want to show off.
turnaround time
So when can you expect to see your photos? Because of the sensitive nature of boudoir, I do not post sneak peeks on social media unless specifically agreed upon beforehand. Your full gallery will be delivered to you by email within 14 days.
A note on covid-19
As your photographer I take every single precaution to keep you and your family safe, and I expect the same in return. If you are feeling sick, have come into contact with a confirmed case, or have any other concerns please let me know. I have a toddler as well as an infant at home. As important as your photos are, the health and safety of my family always comes first. In return, if I am sick or come into contact with a confirmed case an alternative date will be selected to keep you and your family healthy and safe.
Preparing for your boudoir session

This is a great time to really bring absolutely anything you think you may need. Things may break, you may not be feeling your best in it day of, what we thought might photograph well doesn't - it's best to be overprepared.
Consider texture
Choose interesting textures like lace, chiffon, bead-work, or embroidery. They lend a rich, tactile element to your photos.
what to avoid
Logos, and busy prints should be avoided to keep your photos timeless and cohesive.
Important tip!
Please wear loose fitting clothing to your boudoir shoot, and if you can go commando the better! We want to avoid any indents and marks in your skin prior to our session. You can change into your outfits once you have arrived.
SUGGESTED ITEMS TO CONSIDER:
- Your favorite sexy dress
- Shoes - sexy heels, boots, and booties
- Jeans - the ones that make your butt and legs look amazing
- Button up shirt (could be an oversized men’s shirt) Off the shoulder shirt, sweater, or sweatshirt — think flirty!
- A leather jacket, fitted blazer, or jean jacket
- Sexy undergarments, nighties, and robes
- Accessories including chunky and dainty jewelry
- Fishnet stockings, a garter belt set
- Items and accessories that are meaningful to you
- Anything lace
Boudoir for the Bride to be
If you're planning a bridal boudoir photo shoot, you'll want to include your wedding undergarments, shoes, and even your headpiece or veil. You might also want to bring an item of jewelry with you for your bridal boudoir photography session. If you have something that means a lot to you or your fiancé, let me know. I’ll advise you on what will catch their eye the most.

Photos are a great excuse to go get your hair or nails done, break out the fancy lashes and buy that beautiful new dress you've had your eye on. But keep in mind - beauty shines through best when you are relaxed and happy. Take some time for yourself the morning of your session, prepare early so you're not stressing about getting out the door. Enjoy this special time alone time and have fun!
